What is Redemption Kids?

R/Kids is the Children’s Ministry at Redemption Church Gilbert. We want to provide a fun & safe place for your kid to experience Jesus. Children Birth-4th grade participate in age appropriate and Bible-centered lessons, songs, crafts and activities designed to introduce our kids to Jesus by teaching them about the hope and life He offers all of us.

What to Expect

Kids Birth-4th grade are invited to join us for the 9am & 10:30am Sunday Classes in R/Kids – a fun & safe place for your kid to experience Jesus. Your kids will enjoy great worship and teaching in age-appropriate classrooms.

R/Kids Check-in

Visit our Family Welcome Center in Room 113 (across from the Worship Center) to check-in your children and receive their name tags. If you are new to Redemption Gilbert, you can pre-register (separate from regular check-in) for Sundays through the link below.

Serve with us

We are a team of people who have experienced Jesus and you’re invited to join in the joy of serving Jesus by loving the families and kids who walk through our doors. Our team goes through a thorough screening process which includes an application, background check, age-appropriate training and classroom observation.

CHILD DEDICATION

Child Dedication Sunday is an opportunity to publicly declare your intent to raise your kids according to the Word of God as well as provide opportunity to invite the Church to walk alongside you as they love and influence your child to grow in their knowledge of and faith in Jesus.

We believe that all kids are valued and loved by God! If you have a kid with Special Needs, we are thankful for the opportunity to love and care for them while you attend service!

If you have a kid with Special Needs, we have put together a Sensory Activities Booklet with some fun and engaging activities for you to do at home to create memories with your child! We pray this booklet is a blessing to you and your kid!

Our R/Kids Special Needs ministry is in need of volunteers to serve as buddies in a one-on-one role to help our R/Kids feel valued, loved, and successful in our classrooms. Training and all the resources you need will be provided. Please email Marsha Rosser at the link below to join the team!
