Regathering at Redemption Gilbert

Redemption AZ / June 3, 2020

Beginning June 21

8:00am • 9:30am • 11:00am

The church of Jesus has never been closed, but we’re excited to regather. We want to do it wisely, with care and compassion. Take a look at our approach below to learn how we plan to do our best to keep you safe and healthy.

Due to the order passed this morning (6/19/20) by the Town of Gilbert mandating mask wearing in public spaces, we are making the following changes to our upcoming regathering on Sunday, June 21st.

Everyone attending one of our gatherings will be required to wear a mask.

We will be unable to offer Sunday School with our R/Kids team this weekend. You are welcome to bring your kids to service with you and worship together as a family.

The Commons will be closed on Sunday.

We understand that some of you who call Redemption Gilbert home may not, for many reasons, be able or ready to resume in-person gathering. We want you to also be able to participate in our Sunday Gatherings and will be live streaming our services as they are happening, as well as archiving them so you can access them at a later time. You can join us online live at 8:00am, 9:30am or 11:00am.

Our Approach

We will maintain a friendly environment while implementing common-sense precautions.
We will be driven by trust and guidance. We ask you to interact and worship with others in mind.
We will honor and respect those who stay home and make every effort to allow them to participate in worship remotely.

Common Sense Precautions

Capacity in worship services will be reduced to allow for spacing.

Doors will remain open longer to allow for entry without contact.
All high-touch surfaces will be sanitized between services.
Greeters and ushers will interact without contact. Say hi and share a smile but not a hug or a handshake.
Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the campus.

Our app will serve as our communication vehicle in place of a paper bulletin to reduce in person contact.
Water fountains will not be available but feel free to bring your own bottle from home.
Face masks are beneficial, and required for all attending.
Communion will be individually packaged and waiting on your seat to minimize contact.
