Reading the Bible is like taking a trip through God’s story, setting out to explore and experience the beautiful views found within. But without a map, it’s easy to get lost.

Exploring the Bible
A Bible Reading Plan for Kids

BOOK REVIEW

In the midst of life’s “apparent everyday chaos”, and certainly now in the midst of “world chaos” it is important to be reminded that there is a grand story of the world – an overarching narrative that exists with us yet is centered outside of us.  It is the story of God – the story of the world.  Quite literally HIS story.

And as much as our big ears and hearts need to hear and remember, the little ears and hearts around us need to understand the deep love of God,

His control over (and powerful sustenance of) creation, and his promise to redeem His fallen people from the penalty of Adam’s sin, and their own – and in a form that is accessible for families to teach those truths.

In Exploring the Bible, families of nearly any age and stage have a weekly blueprint for teaching the BIG story of God.  The format is a “WEEKLY EXPEDITION” where families dig together – with Bible readings for that week’s ‘expedition’, prayer points, memory verses, discussion questions and space for written reflection.  Fun and devotional, families can explore, learn and grow together in the Gospel of God.
