To the Women of Redemption Gilbert
It is our sincere hope that you feel welcomed, loved and accepted from the very first time you attend any of our gatherings, to our weekly electives or any of our special events.
We understand that women have a lot going on in their lives. Responsibilities weigh heavy on us with family, jobs & life. This is why it’s so important that we come together, to study and encourage one another in the fact that we are not alone in this journey here on earth. We pray you will be blessed by our ministry and look forward to meeting you very soon!

SESSION 1: AUGUST 22 – SEPTEMBER 26
A PRAYING LIFE
Prayer is the simple act of talking with our Heavenly Father. Yet, prayer often feels anything but simple. Fear, busyness and unbelief often keep us from enjoying a rich prayer life with our loving Father. We will spur one another toward growing in the area of prayer through study, discussion, practical prayer tools and time spent praying together.
Children are shaped by the stories we tell. In this class, pastor Brian Berger will offer parents and grandparents creative ways to communicate the good news of Jesus to our children through bedtime stories.
1 CORINTHIANS PART 1: LIVING FOR CHRIST IN THE REAL WORLD
Christians and the church exist in the midst of a fallen world full of idolatry, immorality, self-promotion, and celebrity culture. How much does the world squeeze us into it’s mold? What is love when all we’ve known is broken relationships? Paul’s letter addresses the imperfect church, trying to live for Christ in midst of a pagan world. Paul warns us of the many things that can tear us apart and the identity, power and gifts he provides to help us love and live for Him!
Proverbs was written to the believer about the characteristics of the Wise, the Simple, and the Foolish. We will explore heart issues of humility, anger, self-control, integrity, the tongue, friendships, etc. And even though Proverbs is full of wisdom for daily living, much is said about God who is the source of wisdom. ‘The Fear of the Lord’ is the beginning of wisdom, but how can we get to know Him in this way? Does your heart still beat for the One who guides and protects you? Proverbs is a 6 week course on the paths of righteousness and the pitfalls of foolishness.
A LOVING LIFE
We will look into the story of Ruth, Naomi and Boaz to help us understand how loyal, covenant love can transform us and our relationships. How do we love with no love in return? How do we love when no one notices or cares? The book is an encouraging presentation of God’s love for us in Jesus and offers the help we need to embrace relationships, endure rejection and reach out to even the most unlovable around us as we discover the power to live a loving life.
YOU AND ME FOREVER
Francis Chan joins together with his wife Lisa to address the question many couples wonder at the altar: How do I have a great marriage? Setting aside typical topics on marriage, Francis and Lisa dive into Scripture to understand what it means to have a relationship that satisfies the deepest parts of our souls.
